DIRISINAPU AGRITEC SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd (referred to as “Company,” “KissanRaja,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the KissanRaja website and mobile app (“Platform”). This Platform provides subscription-based advisory and consultancy services (the “KissanRaja Service”) and allows users (“Third-Party Service Providers”) to offer agricultural products for sale, such as pesticides, insecticides, seeds, farming tools, and other related items (“Listing Service”).

These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) form a legally binding agreement between the Company and the users of the Platform (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and govern the use of KissanRaja Service and Listing Service (collectively, the “Services”) on the Platform. The Services are accessible to individuals who have completed the registration process as outlined by the Company.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that interactions between you and Third-Party Service Providers are your responsibility, and KissanRaja does not control or is a party to any transactions between you and the Third-Party Service Providers, except as otherwise stated in these Terms. You also confirm that you have the necessary licenses and registrations to use any products purchased through our Listing Service.

These Terms of Use are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information in connection with the Services. By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to adhere to them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The Services may include materials, services, and information provided by third parties (referred to as “Third-Party Services”) or links to such services. The use of Third-Party Services is entirely at your own risk, and KissanRaja disclaims any liability for these services. All intellectual property rights related to these services belong to the respective third parties.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. These links do not represent endorsements, and KissanRaja is not responsible for the content or use of these sites. We recommend reviewing each website’s policies before engaging with them.

Updates to Terms of Use

We may modify these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy from time to time. You should check this page regularly for updates. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted.

Use of Content

All logos, trademarks, and content displayed on the Platform are either owned by or licensed to the Company. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Security Rules

Users must not attempt to compromise the security of the Platform. Actions such as unauthorized access, scanning for vulnerabilities, or sending unsolicited communications may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company may investigate and take legal action against any suspected breaches.

General Rules

You may not use the Platform to engage in illegal activities or distribute material that infringes on others’ rights or is deemed offensive, abusive, or defamatory.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

KissanRaja offers its Platform and services “as is,” without any warranties. We disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or other consequences arising from the use of the Platform, including those related to third-party services, content, or data breaches.

User Journey for Purchasing KissanRaja Services

The process for subscribing to and accessing KissanRaja services is as follows:

Download the app.
View available services.
Contact KissanRaja through call.
Confirm the service and payment method.
Complete payment via secure payment gateway.
Service will be provided within two working days.

Communication

By accepting these Terms, you consent to receiving SMS, instant messages, and phone calls from KissanRaja or its agents.

KissanRaja Wallet Program Terms

Users earn KissanRaja Credits through promotions, which can be used only within the app.
Credits cannot be transferred to banks or other wallets.
KissanRaja reserves the right to modify or revoke credits without notice.

Referral Program Terms

Users can refer new customers through a referral code.
Both the referrer and the referred user will earn credits once the referred user registers.
Conditions for earning credits are provided in the program details.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Users can request a refund within 15 days of service commencement if they are dissatisfied with the service. Cancellations must be initiated through the Platform’s chat or customer service.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallets. Partial cash on delivery is available for select products.

Fees

We reserve the right to charge convenience fees for the Services. Non-payment may result in service denial.

Termination

KissanRaja reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform in case of any breach of these Terms. Users may terminate their account by discontinuing Platform use.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KissanRaja harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes are subject to arbitration in Hyderabad. The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding.
